President
Bart is a lifelong Houstonian with over 25 years of experience leading teams in a customer focused environment. He is a veteran of the HOA industry and a member of the Community Association Institute holding the designations CMCA and AMS. His past roles in the HOA industry include being a Community Manager, a Regional Director, and now President.
Bart previously owned and operated an aircraft cleaning company and in the past was on an HOA board where he was President for 6 years. He is a 30 year volunteer at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and continues to serve on a committee there.
Bart is motivated by providing solutions to boards. His experience not only on boards, but working with and for boards, gives him insight and experience that directly help board members fulfill their roles. He thrives on informing, assisting, and guiding board of directors in carrying out their duties to their associations.
Senior Manager
Bernita Armstrong has been a dedicated professional in the community management industry for over 20 years. She holds the prestigious CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations, showcasing her expertise and commitment to excellence in association management. Currently, Bernita serves as a Senior Manager at Graham Management, where she provides strategic leadership and guidance to homeowner’s associations, ensuring efficient operations and strong community engagement.
In her spare time, Bernita enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and journaling, which
allows her to reflect and recharge.
Karla Weeden CMCA
Senior Manager
Karla Weeden serves as the Senior Manager with Graham Management. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and brings over 10 years of HOA Management experience. Karla currently holds her CMCA designation with the Community Association Institute and is also furthering her education through ongoing courses to achieve additional designations. Karla is married with one child and enjoys traveling, lazy movie days with family, and local concerts in her free time.
Raven Moore
Developer Services
Raven Moore, Developer Services Community Manager at Graham Management, brings over nine years of expertise in property management, real estate, and community marketing. A Michigan native with military family background, Raven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Graphic Design from North Carolina Central University. In addition, licensed Texas Real Estate Agent, and certified State Notary. With a passion for HOA management,
Raven is dedicated to fostering strong communities and assisting developers with the seamless transition of communities from declarant to homeowner control, ensuring a smooth handoff and establishing a strong foundation for long-term success. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, coding websites, and expressing her creativity through graphic design and digital projects.
Erica Haymore
Accounting Manager
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Erica Haymore currently serves as the Accounting Manager at Graham Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, ensuring the company’s accounting operations run smoothly and efficiently. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and is passionate about combining clear communication with strong financial oversight. Outside of work, Erica enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying active through regular workouts. She is also a proud parent of two children and enjoys spending time with family.
Cindy Mistrot
Office Manager
Cindy Mistrot is the Office Manager for Graham Management, and manages HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. Although new to the HOA Management industry, she has over 20 years of experience in Office Administration in several industries, and enjoys being a taskmaster, wearing many hats and staying busy. Born in Maryland, raised in the Dallas area, she has lived all over Texas, including eight years on the coast of Texas, working in the Maritime industry.
Cindy attended North Texas State University as a Radio, TV and Film major. When not juggling a multitude of tasks, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
